Inside the Office
Our office space provides a 360 degree view of London with three floors of office space. Inside our office you’ll find a mix of open-plan workspace, meeting rooms, wellness spaces and breakout areas, cycle storage and a hacker lab with 3D printer. Additionally there are fully-stocked pantries, with a variety of snacks and an espresso bar, fresh fruit and breakfast provided each Tuesday.

Hybrid Work Policy
We take a thoughtful approach to our in-person work and are intentional about our time together in the office. Our current policy promotes flexibility and collaboration while being responsive to business needs. We generally ask people to be in the office at least 5 days per month. Our offices are always available for use, employees can choose to go in as frequently as they’d like.
Snacks for days
Our kitchens on every floor of our offices are fully stocked with snacks and drinks, and offer space to brainstorm or take a break.
Fitness programs
Two Sigma provides multiple wellness classes a week, from boot camp to yoga, with digital options for those working remote.
Support for parents
Following parental leave, new parents receive additional paid time off to spend time with their growing families.
