Welcoming Sarah Fass: Our New Chief People Officer

We are excited to announce Sarah Fass will be joining Two Sigma as Chief People Officer, a newly formed role to underscore our central focus on our people, culture, and employee experience. Sarah will lead our Human Resources team and report to our Co-CEOs, Carter Lyons and Scott Hoffman. She will start in March 2025.

Sarah joins Two Sigma with 25 years of experience, including 15 years managing people strategies and programs across industries, and almost a decade as an employment attorney. Sarah is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bridgewater Associates, where she has been responsible for the HR and Real Estate functions, leading people strategy, programs, and policies. At Two Sigma she’ll be tasked with building and implementing programs and experiences that support our employees’ unique technical expertise and serve our culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
