Raymond Gong

Raymond Gong joined Two Sigma in June 2022 as a Partner of Two Sigma Real Estate. Mr. Gong leads acquisitions (including sourcing, underwriting, diligence and execution), asset management and dispositions, and contributes to the portfolio management and strategic direction of the platform. He also works closely with the data science and engineering teams. He is a member of Two Sigma Real Estate’s Investment and Valuation Committees. Prior to joining Two Sigma, Mr. Gong most recently served as a Managing Director and member of the investment committee at Oaktree Capital. In this role, he was responsible for sourcing, executing, and asset managing real estate investments across all asset classes and throughout the capital structure with a focus on opportunistic, value-add, core-plus, and mezzanine debt strategies. Prior to that, Mr. Gong worked in real estate investment banking at Goldman Sachs and technology investment banking at Bank of America. Mr. Gong is a graduate of Binghamton University.
