San Antonio, Texas—March 1, 2022—Circle of Care (the “Company”), a leading home and clinic-based pediatric therapy provider, today announced it has combined with Empower Behavioral Health (“Empower Behavioral”), a clinic-based provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy treatment for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. The partnership will allow Circle of Care to broaden its pediatric therapy services and accelerate its expansion of the company’s platform into a national provider offering an array of personalized pediatric therapy services, including telehealth, home-based and clinic-based services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2015, Texas-based Empower Behavioral is a local market leader with 12 clinics across the state and over 170 clinicians employed.
